  Airbag on the ship scheduling, water technology, refers to the completion of the ship through the air on schedule, launching techniques. Ship into the water using this process, the first inflatable lifting air bags, in the winch and wire rope traction under the control has to move the ship to complete the process of launching. Ship on schedule, we should first rolling airbags, positioning followed by lifting airbag cushion pier. Ship into the water and row on the basic principles of low pressure air bags are inflated, bearing a large area .

  Recently, our company has successfully improved and produced large-scale airbags with a diameter of 3.5 meters and an effective lengthen of 15 meters; with the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry, the required diameter of airbags for ship application has become larger and lager. 

Rubber (cord fabric rubber): For producing rubber, we use Banbury mixer 55# and 18-inch open mill. Based on rubber principle and experience, our technology has been upgraded by our technicians and property of rubber is closer to demands of defender ball and ballonet. To ensure rubber content and stabilize other index, we carry out regular chemical test to rubber.
